THE QUESTION IS WHY FAT LOSS AND NOT WEIGHT LOSS?

                                   Most people tend to say that Oh! I want to lose weight but they fail to understand that its the body fat which is making them look bulky and ruining their personality. Weight loss means you want to lose the the sum of weight of muscles, bones, organs and the fat. Fat loss means you want to lower the body fat percentage, take the lump out of you and dump it out. 2. WITH EXERCISES: Do you know that just by using your body weight, you can train your body? Yes, at PCTC floor training is given to lose fat. We have fitness ball, pilate ring, resistance tubes etc. to aid your weight loss. Appropriate fitness regimen is chosen for every individual and they are helped throughout the process.

 

3. COMBO: One can opt to have both exercise regime followed by the therapy session for a faster weight loss.

 

4. BY HYPNOTHERAPY: Hypnotherapy - a proven method to aid the fat loss. It is safe, effective and a rapid improvement is seen when a person undergoes hypnosis which helps to stay away from unhealthy food habits and follow a balanced lifestyle.

 

5. ANTI CELLULITE MASSAGES: We have a blend of essential oils which is very helpful to take off that stubborn cellulite which doesn't go so easily. STAGE-I PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

Under this we measure,

6. Body Fat %

7. Step Test

8. Walk Test

9. Flexibility Rating

10. Muscular Performance

 

STAGE-II TRAINING AND NUTRITION

On the basis of stage-I appropriate training program is chosen and how the nutrition is to be given is planned.

 

STAGE-III MAINTENANCE

In this stage, home remedies are given according to body type to help them maintain a healthy weight.
